Welcome

Hi! I'm a published plant biologist and skilled logistics manager passionate about plant science, sustainable agriculture, and environmental justice.

In 2018, I spent 10 days in Chone, Ecuador learning about sustainable agriculture and the use of regenerative crops in construction and architecture. I was inspired by the use of plants to solve societal problems, and went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Genetics and Plant Biology, with a minor in Energy and Resources, from UC Berkeley in 2021.

I now work as a Research Assistant in Cucumber Breeding at HM.CLAUSE in Davis, CA. Over the past several years I have gained experience as a Labor & Project Coordinator at HM.CLAUSE, a Lab Manager simultaneously managing two biology labs at UC Berkeley, and a Greenhouse Operations Coordinator for i-Cultiver at the USDA Plant Gene Expression Center in Albany, CA. More information about my Leadership Experience and Projects can be found on the tabs above. As a world traveler and endurance athlete, I have been privileged to experience many incredible adventures around the globe that have been formative to my lifestyle and communication skills.

I'm always excited to talk about plants, food, intersectional environmentalism, social justice, and more. Please reach out!
